CEF Lyncx, a Lambeth based Youth Equity-led Charity with commitment to making a difference to the career development of young people in Lambeth by providing a 'Learning by Doing' platform that gives young people the mix of recipes they require to enable them develop not just their own life journey objectives but also develop a sense of achievement through contributing positively to the community's well-being and growth in a way that bring positive change to the community.

We are focused on young people because CEF Lyncx is youth-led Charity that recognises the potential and fresh perspectives young people bring to community service and is dedicated to empowering the next generation youth worker by providing today's young people with valuable skills and experiences they require to become the next generation to sustain the youth services.
So, who is the individual we are looking for and what opportunities we have?
Generally we are looking for young people age between 16 to 25 desirably, students of UK school year 11 and above with an interest in or have any of these qualities:
- Sports
- Arts & Craft
- Literacy & Numeracy
- Writing & Verbal Communication Skill
- Career in Youth Work
- Making Positive Change in the Community.
- Projects & Events Development & Management
At CEF Lyncx, you will have the opportunity to join a team of young:
- Tutors delivering our online (virtual) extra curriculum study support schooling programmes (VS3P) in literacy, numeracy and science to UK school year 1 to 9 students across multiple platforms and educational settings.
- Sports Coaches running our Play4Fun multi-sports sessions at our partner Multi Game Area (MuGA) and our School Holidays Active & Recreation Programme (SHARP) estates in Lambeth
- Workers delivery universal support for children and young people with Special Education Needs & Disabilities (SEND) with a focus on fostering inclusive and enjoyable play experiences.
- Early Years/Preschool age Project Workers to developing and providing structured but open ended play activities that cater to the diverse needs of children, encouraging creativity and social interaction.
- Project delivery workers managing our various projects on site and/or other opportunities such as, administration, project development/management support at the core of our operations, Eurolink Business Centre, situated at the heart of vibrant Brixton.
These initiatives are co-produced with young people who access our services and aims to break down barriers by creating accessible play environments that cater to diverse needs of all the beneficiaries.

Our Code of Conduct is the set of rules that outlines the expectations and standards for an individual engaging in our organisation as a Staff, Volunteer or service user. This particular code is designed for Staff and volunteers supporting our service users. They are guidelines on how our Staff and volunteers should behave in the workplace i.e. the standards of conduct expectations of the profession and meant to ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone involved.
